i'm on a roll with cookies. Hmmm maybe ill only give you cookie recipes this week.....
anyway on to the COOKIES!!

Peanut butter cookies:

1/3 cup Margarine or butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup peanut butter

Cream together butter and sugars. add peanut butter and mix well.
add egg.

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon Baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

sugar for coating

Mix dry ingredients in small bowl and then add to wet ingredients.
Roll into balls and then in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Press flat with a fork and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.


Be careful of nut allergy's!
